Zac Wilson21 September 2023Made a call to Bay Plaza Smart Services (Hastings) because our car key had snapped in the car door. Prompt service - the 2 men who came to our home spent a few good hours trying to sort out the computerized make-up of our vehicle (Toyota Corolla). Eventually, the car did start-up but did not turn over (after a few tries) so the 2 men informed us that they would take away the computer board? back to their office to work on and come back later, which was okay with us. As it turned out, the 2 men returned the next morning with a brand new car key that worked!! Thank you. We were then encouraged (if we wanted to) to get a spare key cut, which we did promptly at Bay Plaza Smart Services (Hastings) and we paid the full bill there at reasonable cost.
